Upon booking these Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you. To confirm your booking, please sign and fax (or scan and email) this form back to us within 1 business day. Any changes must be confirmed in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Shifting of dates within 30 days of arrival is not permitted. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Automated online reservations may require a full deposit. A 50% deposit is taken for reservation made beyond 30 days. Cancellations for reservations of 5 nights or more will take a 1 night cancellation fee. Refunds, minus a $50 administrative charge, are given upon at least 30 days notice. As each reservation is associated with a specific room, early departures and cancellations within 30 days are charged in full regardless of the reason, unless we can rebook your room less a $50 service fee/room. Refunds due to re-bookings are issued promptly after the dates reserved minus our administrative fee. Stays over 14 days require a full deposit and are non-refundable within 45 days of arrival.

OCCUPANCY:
Check out is at 11AM. In consideration of the next guest, please leave on time. Guests staying after 11:30AM may be charged for another night’s stay. We are not large enough to accommodate groups. Each booking assumes a 2 person occupancy. Any other guests must be disclosed at time of booking for apartments that can accommodate up to 4 persons where upon a $20/person/day fee will be added to your bill. Guests found to exceed room capacity will be asked to leave immediately without refund. For the comfort and sanitary reasons of following guests, please do not sleep overnight on our sectional sofas.

DAMAGES & SECURITY DEPOSITS:
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Guests agree to be charged for repairs and replacements via their credit card on file. All rooms are checked after check-out and inspected again before check-in. For parties of 4 or more or those staying over 3 nights, a $300 security deposit is required at check-in to insure any damage caused (beyond normal ware and tear), will be compensated. Your apartment will be inspected before it is rented again (usually within 24hrs), after which your deposit will be refunded.

PARKING:
TO ARRANGE A FREE PARKING PERMIT FOR ONE (1) VEHICLE PER RENTAL IN A LOT NEAR BY, EMAIL *ALL* THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE, (RENTALS, please call us as you pick up your vehicle):

Plate – Make – Color – Owner – State/Prov.

Note: errors or omissions will be rejected by the police parking office. Should you change vehicles we can not guarantee free parking. As other people could park illegally we are unable to guarantee these spaces, but they are well posted so these vehicles can be towed, however you must notify us immediately.

PETS:
We are no longer accepting pets of any size. Should you arrive with a pet you will be asked to leave, forfeit the deposit, and balance of your reservation. Should your room be found to have had a pet in it for any amount of time, you will be subject to a $300 intensive cleaning surcharge.

SPORTS GEAR:
Guests without travel bags for skis or snow boards will have to keep gear in your car. Bicycles are not allowed into rooms. You should bring a cable lock a store your bike in your vehicle or beside our building. If you wish, kayaks may be secured to our lake level columns.

If we have not received this form signed within 1 business day after you have made your booking, your optional reservation may be automatically canceled.

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN:
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Guests arriving after 6PM will find a note on our gift shop door with instructions to gain entrance to your apartment rental where keys and parking information will to set out for you. Late arrivals MUST check-in with us at 10AM the following morning.
